Welcome...
Zoë Sparkle has been taking photos at music events and gigs for the last three years. From this activity has developed a passion for aiding bands in promotion and creating a solid presence in the local scene. This includes taking photos, filming music videos and contacting magazines and festivals on behalf of talented local bands.
Zoë also organises and manages live music events like the very successful series of events ‘At the Circus’ and the massively popular local festival ‘Live 2 day’ in Maidstone. This year will see the return of the Maidstone Fringe Festival which showcases local original music talent, as well as comedians, dancers and artists. This takes place in Maidstone town centre for 5 days during the May Bank Holiday!
Another offshoot of the work done is a circus skills group called ‘Big Tricks’. This is a Maidstone based group that run sessions and workshops for people to come and learn and practice in a wide range of circus skills. ‘Big Tricks’ are predominantly a performance group that can be hired for private or public parties and events.

Maidstone Fringe Festival
This is Maidstone's second town wide five day music festival and it will bring you over 100 live bands from Maidstone and Kent. On top of the musical performances there will be street entertainers and Stand up comedy. In addition to the abundance of live music we are also celebrating the great places to eat, shop and socialise in the County Town, which has more successful independent businesses than anywhere else in Kent! The Maidstone Fringe Magazine
A monthly publication produced by Zoe Sparkle and Make Some Noise which includes a calendar of Original music events in Maidstone. This magazine has been revamped for 2012 and now includes fuller reviews of bands and gigs. As well as more in depth information into local musicians and businesses.
